Yes, we do accept Cash Payments. However, we encourage everyone to pay only through our safe & secure Digital Payment Gateway, which allows Customers to pay through their Bank Debit/Credit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets and multiple UPIs like (including, not limited to) PayTM, Google Pay. This helps us to monitor on whether the Customers have been charged fairly and accurately by our Cab Managers and helps us to send out an accurate invoice to them.
When you Log-in to your Cab-E App, you can put in your Pick-Up Location and your Drop-off Location, choose between the kind of car (Standard or SUV) and you will get the Ride information which gives the estimated Fare based on the time expected to complete the trip. As we do not have any surge pricing, the fare will almost remain the same every time except in cases where the time taken is longer or shorter than the time included in the estimated fare. Irrespective of the type of car, right now under the Covid-19 regulations relaxation by the Central/State Govt., 4 passengers in addition to the Cab Manager is allowed in a car. As the relaxations change, we will also change the guidelines.
No, the Fare is for the Journey alone – Toll and Parking Charges will be additional.

All our Cabs are Air-conditioned cars. Please write to us if any Cab Manager refuses to switch on the AC in the Car.

a. On Booking a ride through our Cab-E App, the ETA (estimated time of arrival) will show on
your App screen. Please Book the ride, only if you are OK with the wait time. Right now, as we
have just launched, we have lesser cars and hence the wait time may be long but they are still
affordable. If you are certain on the date and time of travel, you could use our Pre-Booking
option which does not have a wait time, once accepted by our Cab Managers.
b. Yes, you will get the details of our Cab Managers and they are available 24/7 across the city
Yes, as per Govt. regulations there are Night Charges as applicable, but with no Surge charges.

No, the Fare does not include Toll Charges. As a best practice, our Cab Managers will add the cost of the Toll, only when the cab has reached and crossed a particular Toll. The amount will get added to your Receipt. Please do not pay any additional cash for Tolls on the completion of the ride.

Fares are always estimated before a ride. On the completion of the ride, the Customer and the Cab Manager will get the Final/Actual Fare which will depend on the actual distance covered, time taken and route used.
