  • Implementation of the core Operating Model
  • Designing and implementing new Business Operations
  • Identify alternate Revenue Models
  • Establishing and the setting up benchmark Technology-based initiatives to run the Operations seamlessly
  • Establishing the desired Franchise network to run Operations through the channel network
  • In association with the Business Head, establishing standardized Operating Hubs across the country as per the Business Plan
  • Establishing a harmonious relationship between the Hubs and the Cab Managers
  • Incentivize high performing Hubs and Cab Managers
  • To ensure that additional revenue generation models are introduced simultaneously to supplement growth
  • Ensure a delta increase in profitability year on year and assist COO in new Business Collaborations
