1. Key Job Responsibilities :
Implementation of the core Operating Model
Designing and implementing new Business Operations
Identify alternate Revenue Models
Establishing and the setting up benchmark Technology-based initiatives to run the Operations seamlessly
Establishing the desired Franchise network to run Operations through the channel network
In association with the Business Head, establishing standardized Operating Hubs across the country as per the Business Plan
Establishing a harmonious relationship between the Hubs and the Cab Managers
Incentivize high performing Hubs and Cab Managers
To ensure that additional revenue generation models are introduced simultaneously to supplement growth
Ensure a delta increase in profitability year on year and assist COO in new Business Collaborations
